"Free Cancellation"

Change of Plans ? No problem! Cancellations are free up to 12 hours before one-way rides or 24 hours before hourly bookings

Exceptions are only made due to extreme weather conditions resulting in flight cancellations or the inability to traverse the roads.

"Early-Late hours & holiday policy"

A premium flat rate of $20 applies to all reservations that are between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. A 25% fee applies to the base rate on the following Holidays: Valentine's Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
